Personal pocket photo album Generalrichtter Luftwaffe Dr Karl Albert Eckerle Paris 1943-1944. Very rare to find a personal photoalbum from a german Generalrichter. The album consists of 32 photo´s, many with Eckerle with guests and his staff. He was located in Paris on the Quai D`Orsay Abteiling 3 Dienststelle. Eckerle was awarded the Eisernes Kreuz 2nd class in the first world war, the III Klasse des Militarverdienstordens mit Schwertern WW1, Ehrenkreuz fur frontkampfer 1934 WW1, Dienstauszeichnung der Wehrmacht 4 klasse 4 jahre 1936, Kriegsverdienstkreuz 2 klasse mit Schwertern 1939-1945, Kriegsverdienstkreuz 1 klasse mit Schwertern 1939-1945, Deutsches Kreuz in Silber luftlande commando 6, Oberbefehlhaber Sud 1 mai 1945 and a Dienstauszeichnung der NSDAP 10 Jahre. Eckerle was born in 1898 and he was deceised in 1976. Very interesting piece.
