Dutch M4 bayonet. The bayonet is in a used but still good condition. These bayonets were ordered by the Dutch governement for the M1 carbine rifle and were mainly used by Dutch Marines in the 50’s. They were only a short period in use and are very hard to find. The scabbard is in the typical brown wood finish. The scabbard has got no damages and is in a excellent condition, only some dirt from use. The bayonet has the typical red grips with rivets instead of screws, this is the difference between the first and second model. The blade is in a great condition with 90 procent of the original black finish. No markings found. Nice and rare typical Dutch version of a famous bayonet.
