Extremely rare original gas detecting sleeve. Nicely marked 1942. These sleeves were used to detect any chemical warfare during WW2. In case of gas the sleeve would change colour. Original paper gas sleeves are almost impossible to find, mostly reproductions are offered. Very rare item for the British WW2 collector.
