British ww2 medic bag filled with shell dressings 1942

British medic bag for shell dressings, filled with shell dressings. The bag is dated 1942 and complete with it’s carrying strap. The shell dressings are still packed in the original paper packing and are dated 1938. Truly mint shell dressing set for an British medic!
