British WW2 commanders map ruler No2 MK1 1940

British WW2 ruler fore the Commanders map case. The ruler is in a used condition but nicely marked and after a small polish probably in a much better condition. The ruler is makers marked  H Hughes and son LTD London 1940. Great to complete a case or as display item.
