WW2 Japanese Junior officer´s sword Shin Gunto. Type 95 Japanese NCO sword. The sword probably is a Dutch vet bringback. The sword is in a used condition but still very sharp. The handle is a little bit loose due to the wood drying out during time, this can be solved by adding a spacer. The blade is in a reasonable condition with some minor pitting. The blade is nicely numbered and the handle is stamped with the Imperial Lotus Flower. The scabbard has some dents and small pitting but is complete. Nice vet bringback Shin Gunto katana from WW2
